Terms of Order
General
The following companies belonging to the Lukkokeskus Konserni Oy sell products to businesses and adult individuals within the EU. These terms of order apply to ordering products on our webshop and related deliveries.

These terms of order are valid from 1.10.2022 onwards. We may modify the terms of order from time to time, so please familiarize yourself with the terms each time before ordering our products and services.
Products and Product Prices
The features of products and services on the webshop are presented alongside each product description on our website. The current prices are visible on the order form. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please verify these prices in the shopping cart before accepting the order. The prices of products include value-added tax.
Delivery Method, Delivery Costs, and Installation
Products are primarily sold with installation. Additional keys related to a project are delivered during the key distribution of the project unless otherwise agreed. For other key orders, the key can be picked up from our store unless otherwise agreed. Delivery costs arise in situations where the customer requests an exceptional delivery method, in which case the delivery method and price are agreed upon separately.
Ordering and Contract
You can order products through our webshop’s order form by confirming the order and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our webshop, you are expected to have familiarized yourself with and committed to the current terms of order. Your accepted and confirmed order forms a binding agreement between us, except as later mentioned regarding the right of withdrawal.
Payment and Payment Methods
You can pay for your order using the payment methods described and available on the webshop.
The payment service is provided and operated by Paytrail Oyj (business ID 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement or card bill and will transfer the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license. In case of complaints, we ask that you primarily contact the product supplier.

Order and Payment Confirmation
After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation and receipt via email, so please provide your email address when placing an order. If, for any unexpected reason, we cannot confirm your order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
Delivery Time
Additional orders related to projects are carried out within the project’s schedule unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time for additional keys depends on the ordered product but is usually around 2 weeks.
Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions
Consumers have the right to cancel an online order by notifying the seller within 14 days of receiving the goods, according to Finnish consumer protection law. However, the products of this webshop are delivered customized and/or installed. For these reasons, the right of withdrawal is limited:
- An installed product has been put into use, so the order of the product or service cannot be canceled.
- Additional key orders do not have the right of withdrawal from the webshop purchase, as the additional key is customized according to the customer’s needs.
You can cancel your order by notifying us before installation or before the processing of the key order. The notice of withdrawal must be made in writing to our customer service email below. We will promptly refund the money you paid for the order according to consumer protection law.
Product and Installation Inspection, Defects, and Issues
Please inspect the product immediately after installation or upon receipt. If the product otherwise does not to your order or is defective, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days to our customer service, so that we can agree on how to rectify the defect. In consumer trade, we adhere to mandatory consumer protection laws regarding defects.

Limitation of Liability
Helsingin Lukkokeskus Oy is not liable for any direct or indirect damages related to the order, delivery, or product, except to the extent that mandatory provisions of consumer protection law or other mandatory law have otherwise stipulated for such damage.
Disputes
We strive to resolve any disputes regarding your order primarily by mutual agreement, so please contact our customer service to resolve the matter.
If a dispute concerning the purchase agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution. Before referring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advisory Services of the magistrates’ courts (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
