Our services for Heka residents:

    1. You can order additional keys for Heka apartments from Heka customer service.
    2. Lukkokeskus handles lock maintenance in Heka apartments. Always contact Heka customer service to request any service. It’s not possible to order directly from us.

Lock Maintenance and Rekeying

Always contact Heka first

Lock maintenance or rekeying services cannot be ordered directly from Lukkokeskus. Always contact Heka’s customer service first. They will forward the service request to us.

 

Lukkokeskus carries out lock maintenance and rekeying work as instructed by Heka. If needed, we will contact the resident before performing the work.

 

Lock Maintenance Costs

Responsibility for costs is based on the principle of causation – in other words, the person who caused the issue is responsible for the cost. Example: If a key is lost and the locks need to be rekeyed, the tenant is responsible for the cost.

 

Costs are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the scope of the work.

Ordering Additional Keys

Ordering Keys

The main tenant of an apartment in a Heka property can order additional keys through Heka’s customer service. Once we receive the order from Heka, we will contact you. Additional keys must always be paid for at the time of ordering.

 

Key Pickup

Ordered keys can be picked up from the Lukkokeskus shop in Malmi. We will send you a text message when the keys are ready for pickup.

 

Please bring a valid ID. If the main tenant is unable to pick up the keys personally, another person may do so with a signed authorization letter.

Our phone service is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 11:00. Call charges depend on your operator contract (local/mobile network rate).
